扎实促进农业农村现代化:时代机遇、现实困境与路径——以湖北省孝感市为例

摘要
步入新发展阶段,孝感市在脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴过程中为促进农业农村现代化创造了良好的条件,但同时也面临在促进农业现代化、农村现代化和农民现代化方面一系列的现实困境.要加强党建引领、建强基层组织,补齐建设宜居宜业和美乡村短板,深化农村土地制度改革,着力抓好农业"三大体系"现代化建设,强化人才、资金、技术供给,扎实促进农业农村现代化.
Abstract
Stepping into the new development stage,Xiaogan City has created good conditions for promoting agricultural and rural modernization in the process of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Nevertheless,at the same time it also faces a series of realistic dilemmas in promoting agricultural modernization,rural moderniza-tion and farmers'modernization.It is a must to strengthen the party to lead the construction of strong grass-roots organizations,make up the short board of livable and beautiful countryside construction,deepen the reform of the ru-ral land system,focusing on modernization of the agricultural"three systems"to strengthen the supply of talent,cap-ital and technology to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
