职业学校关键办学能力提升机制研究

摘要
职业学校提升关键办学能力,能够提升学生的就业能力,为社会输送高质量人才.但目前,一些职业学校专业核心课程与优质教材适应性不足,数字化与智慧教育平台推广和应用能力不强,面向新业态、新职业、新岗位开展技术技能培训效果有限.对此,职业学校要精心打造核心课程与优质教材,加强数字化与智慧教育平台的推广和应用,提升针对新业态、新职业、新岗位的技术技能培训效果.此外,要采取强化政策支持与资金保障、深化校企合作、建立和完善质量监控机制等三方面的综合策略.
Abstract
Vocational colleges have improved their key schooling capabilities,which can enhance the employ-ability of students and deliver high-quality talents to society.However,at present,some vocational schools'core curricula and quality teaching materials are not adaptable enough,the promotion and application of digital and in-telligent education platforms are not strong,and the effect of technical skills training for new industries,new occu-pations and new positions is limited.In this regard,vocational colleges should elaborate core curricula and high-quality teaching materials,strengthen the promotion and application of digital and intelligent education platforms,and enhance the effectiveness of technical skills training for new industries,new occupations and new jobs.In addi-tion,there is need to comprehensively implement strategies in three areas:strengthening policy support and finan-cial guarantee,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and establishing and improving quality monitoring mecha-nisms.
