The Application and Thinking of PAD Class in Human Anatomy Teaching of Clinical Medicine Major in Higher Vocational Colleges
This study explored the effectiveness of the PAD-class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion class)teaching mode in the human anatomy course at higher vocational colleges.Four chapters-musculoskeletal system,respiratory system,urinary system and nervous system-were selected to implement PAD-class teaching practices.The results showed that the PAD-class significantly outperformed classes with traditional teaching mode in both unit test scores and final exam scores.This indicates that the PAD-class can effectively promote students'understanding and internalization of complex anatomical knowledge.Questionnaire surveys revealed that students generally believed that the PAD-class improved their self-study ability and teamwork ability,but also increased their learning pressure.Although the PAD-class increase the preparation burden on teachers,it in reality promo-ted enhancement of teachers'teaching ability.
