摘要
结合湖北职业技术学院护理学院教师党支部书记工作室建设实践,探析高职院校"双带头人"书记工作室建设的意义.提出推行创新体制机制、强化思想引领、明晰职责定位,对标争先当头羊、党建业务同发展,提高"双带头人"话语权、发挥工作室影响力及健全工作机制、健全考核体系等措施.
Abstract
Based on the practice of the construction of secretary s workshop of the teachers'Party branch in Nursing School of Hubei Polytechnic Institute,this article explores the significance and practical path of the con-struction of the secretary's workshop of"double-leader"in higher vocational colleges,put forward the development of innovative systems and mechanisms,strengthen ideological guidance,a clear position of responsibility,competi-tion for the lead,the party building business with the development to further improve the quality of the studio con-struction.There is need to improve the speech right of"double leaders",exert the influence of the studio,build up the working mechanism and perfect the assessment system.
