摘要
党建品牌建设对于提高高职院校党建工作水平有重要作用.当前党建品牌建设存在理解不充分不透彻、缺保障缺跟踪、少创新少特色等问题,因此在将二者的有机结合中需要注意明确建设出发点、加强系统化设计、确保长效机制、凝练高匹配特色、选优配强建设队伍,以建设适应党建"双创"背景、适合高职院校、适配工匠文化的高质量党建品牌.
Abstract
Party building brand construction plays an important role in improving the level of party building in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in the brand construction of party building,such as insufficient and incomplete understanding,lack of guarantee and lack of tracking,less innovation and less charac-teristics.Therefore,in the organic combination of the two,there is need to clear the starting point of construction,strengthen the systematic design,ensure the long-term mechanism,concentrate on high matching characteristics,select and strengthen the construction team to build a high-quality party building brand suitable for the"double creation"background of party building and suitable for vocational colleges and craftsmen culture.
