Exploration of Higher Vocational Talent Cultivation Programs from the Perspective of Comprehensive and Harmonious Development of Personality:Taking Hubei Polytechnic Institute as an Example
The current talent training program and its implementation process in higher vocational colleges and universities have problems such as biased positioning of training objectives,lack of flexibility in the curriculum sys-tem,lack of levels in the practice structure,monotonous classroom style and inactive"dual-creation"education mechanism.In this regard,there is need for higher vocational education to draw on the essence of the theory of comprehensive and harmonious development of personality,establish human-oriented cultivation objectives,create a modularized curriculum system,build a progressive practice structure,construct diversified classroom styles and implement a project-based"dual-creation"mechanism,innovate talent training programs to achieve the compre-hensive and harmonious development of students'personality.
