以胜任力为导向的神经内科住院医师培训体系的构建和探索

摘要
住院医师培训是培养优秀临床医生的必经之路.基于《中国住院医师培训精英教学医院联盟住院医师核心胜任力框架共识》,北京协和医院神经病学系以核心胜任力为导向,建立分级评估体系和渐进的临床责任概念,逐步构建了具有"协和特色"的神经内科住院医师培养体系.同时,克服神经病学教学难点,结合神经内科临床工作特点,传承与创新并进,开设了一系列可复制、能推广的神经内科住院医师培训特色课程,为我国神经内科住院医师培养体系建设提供了参考.
Abstract
Resident training is a necessary path to cultivate excellent clinical doctors.Based on the Con-sensus on Core Competency Framework for Residency Education Among China Consortium of Elite Teaching Hos-pitals for Residency Education,Department of Neurology from Peking Union Medical College Hospital has estab-lished a training program for neurology residents with a graded evaluation system and a progressive clinical re-sponsibility concept guided by core competency.Overcoming the teaching difficulties of neurology and consider-ing the clinical characteristics of neurology,we have established a series of replicable and promotable neurology residency training curriculum through inheritance and innovation,which provides reference for the continuous improvement of China's neurology residency training program.
