摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是炎症性肠病的一种,女性UC患者在妊娠期可能面临营养不良问题,因此针对此类患者的营养管理需同时关注UC病情和营养情况.若UC患者合并妊娠期恶心呕吐(nausea and vomiting of pregnancy,NVP)并持续至孕中晚期,可能会进一步增加营养管理难度.本文报道1例UC合并持续性NVP患者的妊娠期营养管理过程,旨在为临床处理此类妊娠期复杂营养问题提供借鉴.
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a kind of inflammatory bowel disease.Female patients with UC may face nutritional problems during pregnancy,therefore,the management of nutritional status and disease conditions is important to pregnant women with UC.For example,nausea and vomiting of pregnancy(NVP)lasting until the middle and late stages of pregnancy can further aggravate the difficulty of nutrition management during pregnancy in UC patients.In this paper,we report a case of nutritional management of a patient with UC and persistent NVP during pregnancy,with the aim of sharing our experience in dealing with complex nutritional problems during pregnancy.
