摘要
从铸牢中华民族共同体意识的历史轨迹来看,其理论与政策体系主要包含促进民族团结、维护国家统一、坚持人民至上等三个方面.因为,从中国化时代化马克思主义民族团结理论演进和我党民族团结政策的百年俱进可以断定,促进民族团结是我党民族理论与政策的最高价值尺度;从我党坚持集权与分权的辩证统一和坚决反对任何分裂国家的行径可以断定,维护国家统一是我党民族理论与政策的基本价值底线;从党的历代领导人的初心和我党民族政策文本的根本遵循可以断定,坚持人民至上是我党民族理论与政策的终极价值依归.
Abstract
In terms of the historical track of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation,its theory and policy system mainly includes the promotion of ethnic unity,the maintenance of national unity and the insistence on putting people in the first place.Seen from the evolution of Marxist ethnic unity theory adapted to the Chinese context and the progress of our Party's ethnic unity policies over the past hundred years,it may be concluded that pro-moting ethnic unity is the highest value yardstick of our Party's ethnic theory and policies;it can be concluded from the dialectical unity of centralization and decentralization of power and the firm opposition to any action of splitting up the country that safeguarding the national unity is the basic value bottom line of our Party's ethnic theory and poli-cies;it can be concluded from the original aspirations of our Party's leaders throughout history and the basic compli-ance of the text of our Party's ethnic policy that adhering to the principle of putting the people first is the ultimate val-ue of our Party's ethnic theory and policies.
