摘要
金融供给侧结构性改革是我国供给侧结构性改革的重要内容.文章以党的十八大以来我国金融供给侧结构性改革的演进为研究脉络,将金融供给侧结构性改革划分为萌芽期、成长期、发展期三个不同时期,总结了我国金融供给侧结构性改革取得的成绩.结合党的二十大报告关于推进中国式现代化建设的战略部署,分析了金融服务中国式现代化建设的短板,提出了适应现代化产业体系构建需求,优化金融供给结构,建设层次多样、覆盖广泛的乡村金融供给体系等政策建议,为深化金融供给侧结构性改革以适应中国式现代化建设需要提供政策依据.
Abstract
Financial supply-side structural reform is an important part of China's supply-side structural reform.Based on the evolution of China's financial supply-side reform since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper divides the financial supply-side structural reform into three periods:germination period,growth pe-riod and development period,and summarizes the achievements of China's financial supply-side structural reform.Combined with the strategic planning of Chinese path to modernization in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper analyzes the weaknesses of financial services in Chinese modernization,and then provides some policy proposals including adapting to the needs of modern industrial system construction,optimizing the financial supply structure,building a diversified and extensive rural financial supply system,which provides a policy basis for deepening the financial supply side structural reform to meet the needs of Chinese path to modernization.
