Legislation is an important support for the modernization of municipal social governance.At present,the legislation of regional social governance in various places is still being explored,and there are some problems in the local legislation of regional social governance,such as uncertain functional orientation and no consensus on the legis-lative model.Proceeding from the realistic demand and basic theory,the functional orientation of local legislation of regional social governance should choose the promotion-oriented approach,build a compound legislative model of"global comprehensive legislation as the mainstay and single-domain collective legislation as the supplement",and achieve the goal of leading and ensuring regional social governance more efficiently with the legislative path of inte-grating local characteristics and common experience,so as to provide theoretical basis and development direction for local legislation of regional social governance.
