"Emotion"and"reason"play an important role in ethnic studies and narration.If the relationship between"emotion"and"reason"is grasped properly,objective and scientific conclusions can be drawn,otherwise it may go to the opposite.Under the ideological guidance of"fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation must be the focus of CPC's ethnic work and all work in areas with large ethnic minority populations",only by grasping the relationships between"sources"and"flows"in the process of the formation and development of ethnic groups,"prov-ing history by literature"and"regarding literature as history",inheritance and reference of methods and theories for ethnic studies,Chinese culture and cultures of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang(the cultures of all ethnic groups in Xinji-ang are rooted in the fertile soil of the Chinese civilization,and are closely related to the trunk of the Chinese culture and its branches and leaves),the nation and ethnic groups,and"emotional expressions"of cross-border ethnic groups,can we draw objective and scientific conclusions in studies and narration of Xinjiang ethnic groups,and thus fundamentally solve the issue of political identity and the public attitude for or against the identity of"Five views"of Marxism,which is to be achieved by"Nourishing the cultures of Xinjiang".
