On the Cause,subject,Path and Evaluation Mechanism of Forging a Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation
Forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation is the focus of CPC's ethnic work in the new era.To carry out this work well,we need to explore a series of questions such as"Why","Who will do it","How to do it"and"How well it will be done".It is urgent and necessary to explore the above questions in terms of maintaining national unity,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,consolidating good ethnic relations,making new advanc-es for the Party's work and strengthening a sense of identity with the Party among people of all ethnic groups.To en-sure the nature,direction and conscious action of this work,we need to make joint efforts to bring all positive factors into full play under the strong leadership of the Party.To improve the pertinence of path to practice,we should ex-plore it from the following three aspects:Historical Dimension,Realistic Dimension and Future Dimension.To make the policies of ethnic work consistent with the practice of ethnic affairs and promote the high-quality development of ethnic work,it is necessary to establish and perfect the mechanism of effect evaluation in the early,middle and late stages so as to form a two-way positive interaction mechanism between ethnic policies and practice.
