The building of China-Central Asia Community of Shared Future is a strategic choice made by China and the five Central Asian countries in line with the trend of the times.The ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine has produced a series of spillover effects in the fields of international politics,security and economy,and has become a profound background affecting the building of China-Central Asia Community of Shared Future.On the one hand,with the accelerated retreat of the power order,the Central Asian countries'foreign policy of"pluralistic balance"has shifted from being active to being defensive,which is the core challenge facing the building of China-Central Asia Community of Shared Future.On the other hand,the huge economic potential of China-Central Asia Community of Shared Future and its unique advantages in dealing with terrorism and color revolution also make it full of resilience and a priority for China and the five Central Asian countries to deepen cooperation in economic and security fields.The building of China-Central Asia Community of Shared Future must start from four points:Improving the top-lev-el design of the"China+five Central Asian States"summit mechanism;Promoting economic cooperation with a fo-cus on boosting economic growth and maintaining economic security in Central Asian countries;Strengthening the construction of the SCO's identity mechanism,international discourse and anti-terrorism system;Building a commu-nity of food security,human health and people-to-people exchanges.
