Application Effect of 3D Induced Polarization Survey Method in of Suoerbasitao Gold Mine in Xinjiang
The Soerbasitao gold mine in Xinjiang is mainly controlled by the NE-SW trending fault structure, and the previous geological work has mainly focused on the surface and shallow part of the ore body. The Soerbasitao gold mine has been mined, and the original surface engineering is unusable, and the construction drilling holes are few and the depth is shallow, and the overall distribution of the ore body, especially the deep part, has not been fully controlled. In or-der to further find out the extension and spatial distribution morphology of the ore body to the deep and edge,a study ar-ea of 0.08 km2 was selected in the known ore body and its periphery, and the device type combining symmetric Pole-Pole and 3D IP exploration was used to carry out the exploration and research of 3D IP exploration. The results show that the ore body controlled by the known borehole shows the characteristics of obvious high charge rate, and based on this, the extension morphology of the known ore body to the depth and edge is inferred according to the spatial distribution char-acteristics of the three-dimensional charge rate inversion obtained by 3D IP exploration. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the expansion of mine gold reserves, mine continuation and sustainable mining
