"Taste Economy":the construction of knowledge power in Chinese coffee industry
In the modern industrial value chain of production,processing and consumption,coffee needs to be measured and priced,but the important underlying basis for judging its value is the subjective perceptual experience-"taste".The formation of "taste"is inseparable from the power construction process centered on knowledge discourse,which is the result of multiple factors such as economy,consumption,society,and culture.This study returns to the "materiality",regarding coffee as the "materialized other",and examines the value judgment system of coffee from the perspective of "from things to people",which is the construction of knowledge power in the process of the formation of trade mechanism and evaluation system.The coffee industry economy is defined as a kind of "taste economy",trying to provide inspiration for the development of China's coffee industry.
