奥运遗产旅游情境下自豪感与敬畏感对游客遗产责任行为的影响机制研究——以地方依恋为中介

为探讨奥运遗产旅游情景下积极情绪对游客遗产责任行为的影响机制,本文提出自豪感、敬畏感与地方依恋和游客遗产责任行为之间的理论框架,并以首钢滑雪大跳台为例进行实证研究。结果表明:(1)自豪感直接正向影响游客遗产责任行为;(2)地方依恋在自豪感与敬畏感对游客遗产责任行为的影响中起中介作用,具体表现在:自豪感通过自豪感→地方认同→遗产责任行为、自豪感→地方依赖→地方认同→遗产责任行为这两条路径发挥作用,敬畏感则是通过敬畏感→地方依赖→地方认同→遗产责任行为这条链式中介发挥作用。最后,本文建议旅游者行为管理可由理性管理向情感管理的新方向转变,激发游客的国家认同情感,提升目的地形象,引导游客自觉实施遗产责任行为。
A Study on the Mechanism of the Influence of Pride and Awe on Tourists'Heritage Responsibility Behavior in the Context of Olympic Heritage Tourism:Mediated by Place Attachment
In order to explore the influence mechanism of positive emotions on tourists'heritage responsibility behavior in the context of Olympic heritage tourism,a theoretical framework of pride,awe,place attachment and tourists'heritage responsibility behavior is proposed.The empirical research takes Shougang Ski Jump as an example.The results show that:(1)pride positively affects tourists'heritage responsibility behavior,while awe has no direct and significant influence on tourists'heritage responsibility behavior;(2)Pride had a positive effect on local dependence and local identity,and the effect on local identity was greater than that on local dependence,while awe only had a positive effect on local dependence;(3)Pride plays its role through pride → local identity → heritage responsibility behavior,pride → local dependence → local identity → heritage responsibility behavior,while awe plays its role through the chain intermediary of awe → local dependence → local identity → heritage responsibility behavior.
