粤港澳大湾区金融服务业POI空间格局及其形成机制研究——基于地理探测器的方法

作为高级生产性服务业，金融服务业往往趋向高等级城市CBD集聚分布，是强化中心城市经济职能与推动城市经济高质量发展的战略性产业。基于粤港澳大湾区金融服务业机构POI数据及各城市统计年鉴，运用区位熵、核密度、标准差椭圆和空间自相关等分析方法，多角度研究大湾区金融服务业集聚空间格局，并借助地理探测器模型探索其形成机制，结果发现:粤港澳大湾区金融服务业历年集聚态势趋于平稳，城市间集聚水平存在明显差异;金融服务业呈现高度集聚于城市CBD的微观空间结构以及由广州、深圳、香港三地向外扩散的多中心、多层级的宏观布局特征，且四类细分行业空间集聚特征显著;金融服务业集聚空间格局的形成受多种因素的影响，科技创新能力、信息流动水平以及人力资源数量是影响粤港澳大湾区金融服务业空间聚集的主要因素。
Spatial Agglomeration Pattern and Formation Mechanism of Financial Services POI in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Based on Geographical Detector Model
As an advanced productive service industry,the financial services industry tends to cluster and distribute in CBDs of high-grade cities,which is a strategic industry to strengthen the economic functions of central cities and promote the high-quality development of urban economy.the POI data of financial service institutions and the statistical yearbook data of the financial service industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are both used in this research.This article employs the methods of location quotient,kernel density,standard deviation ellipse and spatial auto-correlation to check the spatial agglomeration pattern of financial services in the Greater Bay Area,then uses the geographic detector model to explore the formation mechanism.There are three main conclusion:First,The financial services industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area tends to be stable over the years,with significant differences in the level of agglomeration among cities;Second,The financial services industry shows a micro-spatial structure with a high concentration in CBDs of cities and a macro layout with multiple centers and multiple levels spreading outward from Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hong Kong,and the spatial concentration of four types of sub-sectors is significant;Third,The spatial agglomeration pattern of financial services industry is influenced by various factors,and the ability of science and technology innovation,the level of information flow,and the number of human resources are the main factors affecting the spatial aggregation of financial services in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
