The uncoordinated development of the region has always been the biggest shortcoming restricting Guangdong's modernization process.In order to make up for this weakness,Guangdong has continued to formulate and implement a regional coordinated development strategy based on the reality of conditions at different stages,so as to promote the gradual improvement of the balance and coordinated of regional development.On the journey ahead,Guangdong should closely follow the theme of comprehensive service and integrate into the new development pattern of"dual circulation"as well as the national unified market,strengthen the provincial co-ordination even further,enhance the radiation driving force oh the core area of the Pearl River Delta and the endogenous development force of the east,west and north of Guangdong,to promote regional coordinated development to a higher level and higher quality.
