Research on employment assistance for able-bodied low-income people:a case research of Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chengdu
Able-bodied low-income people are malleable human capital and should share the fruits of reform and development.Field survey results show that the group has the characteristics of frequent interruption of employment,inadequate employment,irregular employment,weak employment support.,the intervention of external forces can help they stabilize employment and integrate into society.Establishing an active employment assistance system,starting from system construction,resource mobilization mechanism,community coordination,family support,vigorously develops a comprehensive employment assistance system for able-bodied low-income people,and helps them better integrate into society on the basis of ensuring their effective employment.
