Research on Megacity Based Resilience Construction of Multidimensional Flow Grid——Taking Guangzhou as an Example
As China's urbanization process steps into high-quality development, the governance of mega city is facing unprecedented challenges. We take Guangzhou as a case study, and comprehensively analyze the current situation, spatial distribution, and evolution process characteristics of Guangzhou's urban resilience from three aspects:multi-dimensional,flow,and grid, using policy text content and complex network analysis,multi-dimensional measurement index system of urban resilience,as well as O-D lines and gravity models.Research has found that Guangzhou is still in its early stages of urban resilience, and the construction of ecological resilience and infrastructure resilience has gradually foundation; There have been significant spatial differences and phased patterns in resilience across all dimensions; There are also 11 intervals of differences in flow space, reflecting the impact of the flow of funds, goods, and information on multidimensional resilience. In the future,Guangzhou needs to further promote economic, social, and community resilience,as well as the construction of a bottom-up urban resilience policy system. It should pay attention to the process and stage of urban resilience, connect multi-dimensional resilience with resilience flow, form a bundled barrel effect, and enhance the resilience of mega cities by strengthening resilience flow construction.
