Workplace Fun and Organizational Citizenship Behavior:The Multiple Mediating Roles of Organizational Commitment
Workplace fun is an important practical exploration to promote the healthy development of organizations by creating a harmonious atmosphere.Based on social exchange theory and emotional event theory,this paper uses the structural equation model to explore the impact of workplace pleasure on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its mechanism.The results show that workplace pleasure has a significant positive impact on OCB,and organizational commitment plays a fully mediating role between workplace pleasure and OCB.The multiple mediation analysis showed that the mediation effect of affective commitment and normative commitment was significant and that of continuance commitment was not significant,and that the mediation effect of both affective commitment and normative commitment was stronger than that of continuance commitment,and that there was no significant difference between the mediation effect of affective commitment and that of normative commitment.Based on the above conclusions,the study further puts forward suggestions to promote the enterprise practice of workplace fun from the perspectives of the form,management strategy,and system design of workplace fun.
