摘要
大型赛会志愿服务是中国特色志愿服务的重要构成.在新时代,大型赛会志愿服务通过技术治理和专业吸纳在重构居民生活方式的同时,也产生良性的社会效应.技术重构了大型赛会志愿服务的发展基础、参与方式和角色功能,专业吸纳在价值、行动和结构上塑造了大型赛会志愿服务的发展走向,进而通过意义生成、行动优化和能力提升,推动了志愿服务作为新的生活方式在全社会普及和接受.
Abstract
Volunteer service of large-scale competitions is an important component of voluntary service with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,large-scale competition volunteer services can reconstruct residents'lifestyles through technical governance and professional absorption,but also produce benign social effects.Technology reconstruct the development of large volunteer service foundation,participation and meaning system,professional absorption in value,action and structure shaped the development of large volunteer service,and through meaning generation,action optimization and ability to ascend,promote the volunteer service as a new way of life in the whole society popularization and acceptance.
