Research on the Mechanism and Strategy of Empowering High Quality Development of Regional Economy with Data Infrastructure
The construction of data infrastructure can serve as an effective breakthrough for local planning for high-quality regional economic development,give full play to the vitality and creativity of data as a factor of production,and promote Chinese path to modernization with high-level regional coordinated development.Through a systematic review of existing literature and in-depth analysis of the mechanism by which data infrastructure promotes high-quality regional economic development,the study found that data infrastructure generally empowers regional economic quality and efficiency through three main paths:optimizing government governance models,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and supporting enterprise technological innovation.Currently,the high-quality development of regional economy driven by data infrastructure faces practical challenges such as insufficient construction funds,unclear development plans,low coordination and connectivity,and shortage of professional talents.Therefore,this article proposes design ideas and countermeasures for the three main links of data infrastructure financing,construction,and operation,in order to provide reference and guidance for relevant departments and institutions.
