Research on Policy Synergy and Demand Matching for Youth from Hong Kong and Macao in the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Analysis Based on KANO model
With the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research context, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the policy support for the employment and entrepreneurship of youth from Hong Kong and Macao based on policy system theory and the KANO demand model. The paper discusses the current state of the policy supply system, content, and tools,as well as the existing issues and the response of these policies to the developmental needs of the youth. The study reveals that although a preliminary policy system has been established, there are still problems such as insufficient coordination among policy subjects, incomplete policy content, and an imbalanced structure of policy tools.Suggestions are made to adjust the matching of policy supply and demand, optimize the coordination of policy subjects, expand the coverage of policy content, and increase demand-oriented policies, aiming to improve the precision and synergy of policies to better meet the developmental needs of youth in the Greater Bay Area.
