Study on the Integrated Development of"Value Linkage"between Urban Areas and Villages in High-Density Urbanized Areas:A Case Study of Pingshan Village,Shenzhen City
As a type of space that will exist for a long time and become increasingly scarce, the high-quality and sustainable development of urban villages is imperative. While discussing how to bridge the quality gap between urban villages and modern urban communities in various aspects,it is particularly important to fully identify and unleash the core value potential of urban villages to truly integrate them into the urban system. This paper addresses the development difficulties and sorting out of multiple values of urban villages under the background of stock, and proposes a"value linkage"integrated development strategy between cities and villages.Combining with the planning practice of Pingshan Village in Shenzhen,it explores how urban villages can build a multi-value linkage system with the region during the micro-renewal process. This includes cultivating internal driving force through the linkage of composite functions, enhancing quality connotation through the linkage of heterogeneous spaces, and enriching the temperament of life through the linkage of multiple cultures.Together,it promotes symbiosis and complementarity between cities and villages in terms of functional formats, spatial characteristics, and cultural heritage, forming a differentiated and coordinated urban-rural integration.
