中小学劳动课程实施的现实困境与实践进路

A Study on the Practice of Labor Education Course in Primary and Secondary Schools

劳动教育是中国式教育现代化的重要内容,呈现出鲜明的时代特征.近年来,中小学劳动教育实施已取得了一定成效,劳动教育在"树德、增智、强体、育美"全方位育人体系中的应有地位得到一定程度的提升.但从实践看,中小学劳动课程实施依然面临地位作用认同度低、师资经费等资源保障条件不足、一体化课程实施建设难推进、课程评价体系总体滞后等现实困境.新时代劳动教育承载着"五育并举,五育并融"的使命职责,要坚持从铸魂育人维度加强劳动课程研究力度以夯实其地位作用,要通过"培引结合"打造强有力的师资队伍,落实经费、场所等保障条件破解实施难题,构建多元立体科学化评价机制,以增强课程育人实效.
As an important part of Chinese education modernization,labor education course shows great char-acteristics of times.According to the research results,the practice of the course has achieved some success,and its significance has enhanced in the all-round education system of"virtue,wisdom,physical and aesthetic education".However,there still exist some problems in the practicing such as low-recognition,insufficient teaching staff and fund,stagnation in carrying out integrated course and assessment.In the new era,the labor education course plays an important part in achieving educational aims of"Educating Five Domains Simulta-neously",and it is up to teachers to construct a scientific evaluation system in multiple dimensions through building up the teaching staff,providing supporting fund and places so as to improve the efficiency and effec-tiveness of the course.
