Based on the Theory of Positive Psychology,this article discusses the classroom practical activities design in the Chinese course for students in the twelfth grade so as to help them form positive personality through positive emotional experience and the influence of positive personality traits,and relieve their nega-tive emotion such as nervousness and anxiety in class when learning Chinese language.It also discusses the so-lutions of the problems in the implementation of the activities.
