积极心理学视角下高三语文课程实践活动设计与实施

A Study on the Design and Practice of Chinese Course Practical Activities of the Twelfth Grade from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

文章基于积极心理学相关理论,针对高三年级学生,设计了一系列语文课堂实践活动,使学生通过积极的情绪体验,受到积极人格特质的影响,在获得语文知识的同时,缓解紧张、焦虑等不良情绪,形成积极人格.文章最后强调了语文课堂实践活动开展过程中应注意的问题.
Based on the Theory of Positive Psychology,this article discusses the classroom practical activities design in the Chinese course for students in the twelfth grade so as to help them form positive personality through positive emotional experience and the influence of positive personality traits,and relieve their nega-tive emotion such as nervousness and anxiety in class when learning Chinese language.It also discusses the so-lutions of the problems in the implementation of the activities.
