A Study on the Cultivating and Training for Xinjiang Professional Talents Majoring in Learning by Touring in Xinjiang

专业人才的职前培养和职后培训是解决我国当前研学旅行专业人才匮乏问题的两条有效途径.文章在分析新疆研学旅行专业人才的供需现状和育训现状的基础上,找出目前新疆研学旅行专业人才职前培养中存在专业人才培养与职业岗位需求未完全匹配、专业实训教学尚未达到国家专业标准中有关要求的问题;职后培训中存在培训力度不足和培训人员范围过窄等问题.文章最后分别提出了针对性的育训优化策略.
Pre-service education and post-service training are the two effective methods to solve the shortage of professional talents majoring in learning by touring in China.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the supply and demand and the education and training of the talents,this article discusses the problems in the training.For example,the training of professional talents does not fully satisfy the needs of professional po-sitions,and college's practical training and teaching has not yet come to the national professional standards.In addition,there are still problems in post-service training such as insufficient training both in quality and quantity.The last part of the article provides targeted strategies for the training.
