Study on Identification and Biological Characteristics of Canker Pathogen of Hippophae rhamnoides Linn
The article studied the symptom, morphological characteristics, pathogenicity and biological characteristics of the canker pathogen on Hippophae thamnoides Linn. The strain was identified as Fusicoccum viticoLum based on the morphological characteristics. The results showed that the pathogen of the canker disease on Hippophae rhamnoides Linn was Fusicoccum -viticolum according to the vaccination at indoor and outdoor. Through the study of biological characteristics, the results showed that its suitable temperature for growth was 25～28 ℃ ,the optimum temperature was 25 ℃ ,the optimum pH was 7. 5,the speed of growth was faster under whole illumination conditions,the optimal carbon source was sucrose.
