不同区域野生鸭茅植株形态及叶片解剖学特征的比较

通过对分布于天山北坡不同野生鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L .)形态学及解剖学特征的比较.结果显示,不同区域分布的野生鸭茅在形态及解剖学特征上存在一定差异.在形态学特征上,不同区域野生鸭茅在株高、茎节+、叶长和,叶长、花0长度、花0宽度、花药长度、4穗长度、5子长度、5子宽度及千粒9指标上存在显著性差异(P <0.05);解剖学特征中,不同区域野生鸭茅叶片的解剖结构除气孔密度及上表皮细胞的长度和宽度外均存在显著性差异(P <0.05),而上下表皮细胞的气孔下陷程度、角质层厚度及下表皮细胞的长度和宽度未呈现显著性的差异(P >0.05).研究结果初步揭示了分布于不同生态地理区域的野生鸭茅在形态及解剖学特征上的差别,同时表明,营养器官与繁殖器官各性状之$存在一定的相关性.
Comparative Studies on Morphology and Leaf Anatomical Features of the Dactylis glomerata L.in Different Regions
The experiment was conducted to study the comparison between morphological and anatomical characteristics of different Dactylis glomerata L.on the northern slope of Tianshan mountains.The result showed that there were some differences between morphological and anatomical characteristics of Dactylis glomerata L.in different regions:there were significant differences in morphological characteristics of plant height,number of internodes,the length of leaf and flag leaf,the length and width of inflorscence,the length of anther,the length of spikelet,the length and width of seeds and the 1000-grain weight of Dactylis glomerata L.in different regions:there were all significant differences (P <0.05)in anatomical character-istics,except anatomal density and length and width of acinar cells,but there were no significant differences in the respect of undercut degree of acinar stoma,cuticle thickness,and the length and width of acinar cells. The result firstly revealed the differences of morphological and anatomical characteristics distributing in different ecological and geographical regions Dactylis glomerata L.At the same time,the research demon-straled that there were certain correlations between vegetative organs and reproduetive organs,which would provide a certain scientific basis for rational utilization of wild germplasm resources.
