不同葡萄品种在吐鲁番的光合特性及荧光参数差异分析

为了探索不同葡萄品种对吐鲁番地区特殊气候的适应能力;利用 Li‐6400光合仪和 FMS‐2脉冲调制式荧光仪对6个葡萄品种进行光合及荧光参数的测定。结果表明,无核白和淑女红的光合能力、对强光和弱光的适应能力和利用效率以及在高温强光下的自我保护能力较强;无核白鸡心、火焰无核和巨峰的光合及对强光和弱光的适应能力适中,其中无核白鸡心光系统Ⅱ易受损,但自我保护能力强;巨峰自我保护能力相对弱;红地球的光合及对强光和弱光的适应能力相对较差且自我保护能力相对较弱。
Analysis on Difference of Photosynthetic Characteristics and Fluorescence Parameters of Different Grape Varieties in Turpan Area
In order to research the adaptability of different grape varieties in Turpan area in the condition of special climate;Li‐6400 photosynthesis system and FMS‐2 pulse modulated fluorometer are used to de‐termine the photosynthesis and fluorescence parameters of six grape varieties.The results showed that the photosynthetic capacity,adaptibitity and utilization ratio Thompson’s seedless and Crimson seedless for stronglight and lowlight,and self‐protection agility under high temperature and strong light were strong. Centennial Seedless,Flame Seedless and Kyoho photosynthetic adaptability are moderate to strong light and weak light,Centennial Seedless photo system Ⅱ is easy to be damaged but strong ability for self‐pro‐tection,however Kyoho relatively weaker;The photosynthetic ability and the adaptability to strong light and weak light of Red Globe is relatively poor and self‐protection ability is relatively weak.
