Study on Anti-acute Inflammatory Effect of Total Falconoids from Armeniaca sibirica (L.)Lam.
To study the effect of total falconoids from Armeniaca sibirica (L.)Lam.on acute inflamma-tion in mice.The inhibition effect of total falconoids on acute inflammation was studied by the method of increasing capillary permeability in mice induced by glacial acetic acid,foot metatarsus swelling induced by egg white and the ear edema induced by xylene in mice.In the experiment of increasing blood capillary per-meability,there existed a significant difference between the OD value of every total falconoid groups and the blank control group (P <0.01).Similarly,the toe swelling degree of total flavonoids group showed sig-nificant difference compared with the blank control group at 0.5 -3.0 h (P <0.01 ).Compared with the blank control group,the ear swelling degree of the total flavonoids in each dose group was significantly dif-ferent (P <0.01).Armeniaca sibirica (L.)Lam.flavonoids has significant inhibitory effect on swelling re-action and capillary permeability,and has apparent inhibitory effect on the swelling and exudation of local acute inflammation.
