不同激素处理方法对母牛同期发情效果及相关繁殖激素水平的影响

试验旨在探究不同激素处理方法对西门塔尔母牛同期发情效果及相关繁殖激素水平的影响.选取16~18月龄健康的青年西门塔尔母牛50头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组25头,对照组采用促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)+前列腺素(PG)+GnRH法,试验组采用GnRH+孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)+PG+GnRH法进行同期发情处理,统计母牛的发情率和受胎率,同时每组随机挑选6头母牛测定血清生殖激素水平.结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组母牛的发情率提高28%(P<0.05);母牛受胎率提高12%(P>0.05).与对照组相比,试验组母牛血清中促黄体素(LH)水平提高8.75%(P<0.05).综合比较,在本试验中使用GnRH+PMSG+PG+GnRH方案进行处理同期发情效果更佳.
Effects of Different Hormone Treatments on the Effect of Simultaneous Estrus and Related Reproductive Hormone Levels in Heifers
The aim of the experiment is to investigate the effects of different hormone treatments on the effect of simultaneous estrus and related reproductive hormone levels in Simmental heifers.Fifty healthy young Simmental heifers of 16-18 months of age were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 25 heifers in each group.The control group was treated with Gonadotro-pin-releasing hormone(GnRH)+Prostaglandin(PG)+GnRH method,and the experimental group was treated with GnRH+Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin(PMSG)+PG+GnRH for simultaneous estrus treatment,and then the estrus and conception rates of the heifers were counted,meanwhile the serum re-productive hormone levels were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the estrus rate of heifers in the experimental group increased by 28%(P<0.05);and the conception rate of heifers increased by 12%(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the Luteinizing hormone(LH)level in the serum of heifers in the test group increased by 8.75%(P<0.05).In a comprehensive com-parison in this trial,the use of GnRH+PMSG+PG+GnRH regimen for simultaneous estrus treatment was more effective in the same period.
