二氟卡宾促进的伯胺与叔胺反应生成脒类化合物

摘要
探索一种绿色、高效合成脒类化合物的方法.以芳香胺、氯二氟乙酸钠和三乙胺为原料,采用一锅法合成了一系列脒类产物.通过优化溶剂、二氟卡宾来源、时间、温度及物料比,确定了最佳反应条件:反应温度100℃,反应时间12 h,无水乙腈为溶剂,芳香胺∶氯二氟乙酸钠∶三乙胺的物料比为1∶2∶3时,产率较优化前提高了28%.在此条件下进行底物扩展,得到产率为48%~65%的脒类衍生物.
Abstract
This research aimed to explore a green and efficient method for the synthesis of amidines.A series of amidines were synthesized by one-pot method from aromatic amine,sodium chlorodifluoroacetate and triethylamine and the optimal reaction conditions were determined by optimizing the solvent,difluoro-carbene source,time,temperature and material ratio;the reaction temperature was 100℃,the reaction time was 12 h,anhydrous acetonitrile was used as the solvent,and the material ratio n(aromatic amine)∶n(sodium chlorodifluoroacetate)∶n(triethylamine)was 1∶2∶3.The finding showed the yield was in-creased by 28%compared with that before the optimization,the substrate was extended under the reaction conditions,and the amidine derivatives with a yield of 48%-65%were obtained.
