代谢木糖产乙醇的微生物研究进展

Research Progress in the Microorganism: the production of Ethanol by Xylose Fermentation
With the forthcoming of the gIobaI energy crisis, the food crisis and the environmentaI crisis, the production of fueI ethanoI by renewabIe resource such as ceIIuIose has brought about the worIdwide attention. XyIose as the second - Iargest content in the hydroIysis of ceIIuIosic materiaI is up to 30%. Whether the fuII advantage of xyIose wiII be taken or not wiII be the key factor to determine whether the production of ethanoI from ceIIuIose is economicaI and viabIe. This paper reviews the background and the naturaI microbiaI species of the production of ethanoI by xyIose fermentation, the metaboIic pathway and the mechanism of xyIose and research progress in the construction of geneticaIIy engineered bacteria to produce ethanoI by xyIose fermentation in recent years and aIso scientific discussion about some issues of xyIose fermentation in the ethanoI industry is heId at the same time.
