Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Maca by Response Surface Methodology
[Objective ] In order to optimize the ultrasonic - assisted extraction condition of flavonoids from Maca. [Method] Box - Behnken design and response surface analysis were adopted to establish regression model of extraction of flavonoids from Maca. [ Result ] Regression equation was Y = 2. 080 + 0. 074Z, -0. 099 X, -0. 057X3 - 0. 697X,2 - 0. 209Z22 - 0. 336Z32 + 0. 005XA + 0. 05X^3 + 0. 169X2X3. The optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration of 70. 3% , solid - to - liquid of 1: 27 and ultrasonic time of 28. 4 min. Under the conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 2. 113% , and it was well fitted the experimental data of model. [ Conclusion ] The developed regression equation can be well fitted with experimental results and used for actual prediction, and it also provided reference for the extraction of flavonoids from Maca.
