Effects of Different Pollinizers on Fruit Characteristics of Korla Fragrant Pear and Its Bud Mutation ‘ Sha 01'
[ Objective ] Effects of different pollinizers on fruit characteristics of Korla fragrant pear and its bud mutation ' Sha 01' were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for increasing fruit yield and quality by arranging pollinating trees reasonably. [ Method ] Korla fragrant pear and ' Sha 01' were pollinated with pollens of different cultivars by artificial pollination. Then the characteristics of fruit set, yield and fruit external and internal quality were observed and measured. [Result] The result showed that there were no prominent pollen xenia effects by pollinating single paternal pollen but mixed pollens of different cultivars were good for increasing fruit setting rate and fruit quality of Korla fragrant pear and ' Sha 01'. [ Conclusion] It was better to arrange different kind of pollinizers reasonably in practical production in order to increase the fruit yield and quality of Korla fragrant pear and ' Sha 01'.
