Study on the Relationship of Rhizosphere Soil Water with Haloxylon and Cistanche deserticola under Drip Irrigation
[Objective] To explore the relationship of the Cistanche and Haloxylon with rhizosphere soil moisture under the drip irrigation. [Method] With the inoculation cistanche hosted on the artificial planting Haloxylon as the research object, monitored the relationship of rhizosphere siol water with Haloxylon and Cistanche deserticola under drip irrigation was studied and the dynamic changes of osmoregulation substance in Haloxylon and Cistanche deserticola were discussed. [ Result ] Experimental result indicated that the moisture content of C. Deserticola were higher than the water content of Haloxylon root and the average soil water content of rhizosphere with 20 to 60 cm in soil. Result in the osmotic pressure of C. Deserticola was inferior to its host Haloxylon, which transported the water of Haloxylon continuously to C. Deserticola, ensuring the required water during their growth and development of C. Deserticola. [ Conclusion ] Soluble sugar content of C. Deserticola was always higer than that of Haloxylon s photosynthetic shoots in test process, which displayed C. Deserticola's initiative accumulation of all kinds of organic and inorganic matter to increase the cytochylema concentration and reduce osmotic potential and water potential for sucking water from Haloxylon and keeping physiological metabolism in the process of the growth and development.
