不同强度遛马对伊犁马900m测试赛成绩及血气指标的影响

[目的]分析使用遛马机监测不同强度遛马对伊犁马机体状态及900 m速度赛运动的影响,为确定伊犁马赛前最佳遛马程度提供理论依据。[方法]选取 8 匹 2 岁训练成熟的速度型伊犁马母马,采用遛马机监测,分别在2、3 和4m/s下遛马15、30、45 和60 min,共12 个遛马强度,每次遛马后进行900 m速度赛,对遛马即刻的血气指标及速度赛成绩进行差异性分析。[结果]12 组遛马强度中,Ⅻ组遛马后 900 m途程比赛成绩显著高于Ⅷ组、Ⅸ组(P<0。05)。Ⅸ组Glu浓度极显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅹ组(P<0。01),显著高于Ⅲ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅻ组(P<0。05);Ⅰ组、Ⅸ组Hb浓度极显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0。01),显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0。05);Ⅸ组Hct浓度显著高于Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅻ组(P<0。05);Ⅸ组PvO2浓度极显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组(P<0。01),显著高于Ⅶ组(P<0。05);Ⅸ组SvO2浓度极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0。01),Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组pH浓度显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅸ组、Ⅹ组(P<0。05),Ⅴ组pH浓度显著高于Ⅸ组、Ⅹ组(P<0。05),Ⅳ组pH浓度显著高于Ⅸ组(P<0。05);Ⅰ组Lac浓度极显著高于Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组、Ⅶ组、Ⅷ组、Ⅹ组、Ⅺ组(P<0。01),显著高于Ⅸ组、Ⅻ组(P<0。05);Ⅳ组BE(ecf)浓度极显著高于Ⅴ组、Ⅸ组(P<0。01),显著高于Ⅵ组、Ⅹ组、Ⅻ组(P<0。05);Ⅳ组BE(b)浓度极显著高于Ⅴ组、Ⅸ组、Ⅹ组(P<0。01)。[结论]伊犁马900 m速度赛竞赛马匹在Ⅸ组(4 m/s 15 min)遛马程度下热身,血液中血糖浓度升高,机体携氧能力增强,有效提高后续竞赛水平。
Effects of walking horse with different intensities on performance and blood gas index of Yili Horse in 900 m test race
[Objective]The performance of Yili mare in 900 m speed race was monitored by using a horse walker with different intensities in the hope of providing theoretical basis for determining the best walking de-gree of Yili mare before the competition.[Methods]Eight 2-year-old speed Yili mares were selected to walk for 15,30,45 and 60 min at 2,3 and 4 m/s respectively,with a total of 12 walking intensities.After each walk,a 900 m speed race was conducted,and the differences of blood gas indexes and speed race results were analyzed.[Results]Among the 12 groups,the performance of 900 m distance race in group B was significantly higher than that in group Ⅷ and group Ⅷ(P<0.05).Glu concentration in groupⅨwas significantly high-er than that in group Ⅰ and Ⅹ(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ,Ⅶ and Ⅻ(P<0.05).Hb concentration in group Ⅰ and Ⅸ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ(P<0.01)and group Ⅳ(P<0.05).The concentration of Hct in group Ⅸwas significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ and Ⅻ(P<0.05).The concentration of PvO2 in group Ⅸ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and IV(P<0.01)and significantly higher than that in group Ⅶ(P<0.05).The concentration of SvO2 in group Ⅸ was significantly higher than that in group I(P<0.01),the pH concentration in groups Ⅵand Ⅶ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅸ and Ⅹ(P<0.05),and the pH concentration in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in groupsⅨandⅩ(P<0.05).Lac concentration in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅤ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,ⅩandⅪ(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in groups Ⅸ and Ⅻ(P<0.05).The concentration of BE(ecf)in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅴ and Ⅸ(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that in groups Ⅵ,Ⅹ and Ⅻ(P<0.05).The concentration of BE(b)in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅴ,Ⅸ and Ⅹ(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Under the experimental conditions,the horses in the 900 m speed race in Yili Horse warmed up at the level of walking in GroupⅨ(4 m/s 15 min),the blood glucose concentration increases,and the oxygen carrying capacity of the body is enhanced,which effectively can improve the level of subsequent races.
