Diagnosis Analystic of Wide-Range Rainstorm and Snowstorm Occurred in Xinjiang in March 2012
March 18th to 22nd,2012,cold surge happened in Xinjiang with wide range rain and snow and sandstorm. According to the rainstorm and snowstorm area forecast,diagnosis analysis about the circulation configuration in upper and lower level and thermodynamic conditions and moisture condition of snowstorm in Urumqi and its periphery and western mountain areas in south-Xinjiang and rainstorm in the west of south Xinjiang have been done. At the same time, forecast strategy and forecast index of rainstorm and snowstorm distribution were summarized.
