基于RBF网络的新疆特重雪灾区最大积雪深度预测研究

基于建立的雪灾灾损指数,确定新疆特重雪灾区域;进一步聚焦特重雪灾区的 8 个县(市),包括阿勒泰市、福海县、青河县、塔城市、托里县、沙湾市、尼勒克县和伊宁县,分别建立县域RBF网络模型,预测 2021-2050年年最大积雪深度.结果表明:该模型可用于新疆特重雪灾区最大积雪深度预测,但预测精度仍有待提升;塔城市、尼勒克县将于 2025-2029年连续出现最大积雪深度偏高事件,2039年青河县将出现最大积雪深度的极大值,因此应关注可能发生雪灾的年份与县(市),积极做好雪灾的防御工作.
Prediction of Maximum Snow Depth Based on RBF Network in Severe Snow Disaster Area of Xinjiang
Xinjiang is one of the regions with the most abundant snow resources in China and also one of the regions with frequent snow disasters.The prediction of the maximum snow depth can provide reference and basic data for the early warning and prevention of snow disasters.This research is based on the established snow disaster loss index,this study determined the area of extreme snow disaster in Xinjiang.Further focusing on eight counties(cities)in the particularly heavy snow disaster areas,including Altay city,Fuhai county,Qinghe county,Tacheng city,Torri county,Shawan city,Nelk county and Yining county,the county RBF network model was established to predict the maximum snow depth from 2021 to 2050.The results show that the model can be used to predict Xinjiang's maximum snow depth,but the accuracy of prediction still needs to be improved.The maximum snow depth in Tacheng city and Nilek county will occur continuously from 2025 to 2029.The maximum snow depth value will appear in Qinghe county in 2039.Therefore,we should pay attention to the years and counties(cities)where snow disasters may occur and prepare for preventing snow disasters.
