摘要

分析了引起聚氨酯涂层老化的各种因素,总结了温度、紫外线光照、氧气和水对聚氨酯老化的影响.聚氨酯涂层的老化主要是涂层中聚氨酯树脂的老化.聚氨酯的老化性能除了受自身化学结构和合成工艺的影响外,外界环境对其性能的影响也比较大,在不同条件下的老化机理也不尽相同.本文在总结聚氨酯老化机理研究进展的基础上,阐述了聚氨酯的热降解、光降解和氧化降解的机理,指出聚氨酯涂层稳定化的途径,并对经常使用的传统有机稳定剂作了简单介绍.

Abstract

In this paper, the factors of polyurethane-coat aging are presented. The effect of temperature, UV-illumina-tion, oxygen and water in polyurethane-coat aging is summarized. The aging of coat is mainly caused by polyurethane. Not only the chemical structure and synthetical process but also the environment has great effect on the aging capability of polyurethane-coat, the aging mechanism is also different in different conditions. Based on the study process of aging mechanism of polyurethane-coat, the paper illustrates the mechanism of thermal-degradation, photo-degradation and oxidative-degradation of polyurethane-coat aging, highlights the stabilization avenues of polyurethane-coat aging and makes a brief introduction on the often used traditional stabilizers.
