摘要

从某光学试验系统对锥体提出的物理需求出发,根据锥体部件的结构特点和安装技术要求,设计了3种专用的安装调试工装.经过实际使用表明,该工装结构简单,使用轻巧方便,完全可满足对大型锥体进行六维精密调整的要求.介绍了锥体的安装调整工艺过程,经过实际测量和光学试验验证,安装到位后的大型锥体的安装精度达到了设计要求,可满足精密光学试验要求.

Abstract

Based on the optical experiment's physical requirement to the cone parts,and according to the structural characteristic and technical requirement of the cone parts,three kinds of special adjusting equipments were designed.The practical application showed that these three equipments can be operated easily,which had simple structures and satisfied the requirements of six dimensional adjustments to the cone parts.The installing process of the cone parts were introduced.The practical measurement and optical experiments showed that the installing accuracy meets the designing requirements.
