输电铁塔用大规格角钢低温性能研究

为低温地区选择合适的输电铁塔用大规格角钢,防止铁塔因构件发生低温脆性断裂而引起破坏.通过室温和低温条件下的拉伸和冲击试验,研究了输电铁塔用Q345B、Q420B的大角钢的强度、塑性和韧度.结果表明,从-40℃到室温,大角钢具有良好的低温强度性能和低温塑性,随温度的降低材料的冲击韧度和断裂韧度逐渐变差,试验Q345B、Q420B韧脆转变温度分别约为-22和-20℃,工程条件启裂CTOD值在0℃时分别为0.352和0.271 mm,在0℃以上均发生韧性断裂.
Research on the Low Temperature Property of Large Angle Steel Used in Transmission Tower
In the cold region,it is of great significance to select suitable large angle steel in order to prevent the failure or collapse of transmission line tower.A series of tensile tests and impact tests are performed to investigate the mechanical property and impact toughness of large angle steel of Q345B,Q420B in different temperature.It is showed that large angle steel had excellent low temperature property and low temperature plasticity and impact toughness of the material gradually become poor,fracture toughness is worse with the temperature decreasing from-40 ℃ to room temperature.Ductile-brittle transition temperature of Q345B,Q420B are-22 ℃,-20 ℃ respectively.The initial CTOD value of 0 ℃ is 0.352 mm,0.271 mm respectively,and the ductile fracture occurs above 0 ℃.
