Design and Application of a Contact Device for Testing Electronic Components
The electronic components,as an important part of a seeker product,were composed of various electronic components and electronic cabin bases,which could realize the processing of the detector output signal and form the correction signal of the preces-sion component.Through serial communication with the missile-borne computer,the binding task of the missile-borne computer was completed and it was output that the tracking angular speed,frame angle and tracking state information of the target in real time,and controlled unlock circuit to lock and release components.In the process of assembly and adjustment,there were problems such as in-convenient assembly,easy mis-operation,poor quality consistency,etc.We analyzed the causes of the problems,and fundamentally e-liminated the occurrence of the problems through the sorting of the wiring relationship,the design of the structural parts of the elec-tronic component detection contact device,electrical design,physical assembly,test verification and other processes,which ensured the reliability of the assembly and improved the efficiency of the assembly.
