粗铜锭表面随机选点钻样系统改造设计

为了提高粗铜锭钻样工作效率,保证粗铜锭钻样选点过程的合法合规,实现无人干涉自动化作业,确保进厂粗铜锭质量,对原人工钻样系统进行了改造.首先分析人工钻样存在的问题,在保留钻孔机的基础上,根据随机选点系统功能性指标要求,对系统方案实施构架、操作流程、子系统功能构架进行改造设计.经应用测试,改造后的随机选点系统具有可靠性高、安全性好、工作效率高等优点.
Transformation Design of Random Sample Drilling System on the Surface of Crude Copper Ingots
In order to improve the efficiency of crude copper ingots drilling,ensure the legal compliance of the crude copper ingot sample drilling process,realize unmanned interference automatic operation,and ensure the quality of crude copper ingots,I transformed the original manual drilling sample system.Firstly,the problems of manual drilling samples were analyzed,and on the basis of retaining the drilling machine,it was redesigned that the system implementation struc-ture,operation process and subsystem functional architecture according to the functional index requirements of the random selection point system.After application testing,the modified random sampling system had the advantages of high reliabili-ty,good safety,high work efficiency and so on.
