为解决喷丸程序编制过程中无法实现动态法向喷射以及喷丸过程的连续性和法向喷射的一致性问题,通过后置处理程序设计与RTCP补偿运动激活和取消相结合的方法,实现了动态补偿,生成了全法向喷射程序代码,保证喷射入射角、喷射强度的一致性,提升了区域连接运动效率.结果表明,工艺后置仿真可以实现动态补偿喷头姿态和喷射点位置,保证了喷射入射角和喷射强度的一致性,实现了喷丸数控程序自动化编制、后置,减少了生产准备时间,提升了喷丸工艺准备效率和零件整体工艺的生产效率.
Research on Post Simulation Technology of Shot Peening Strengthening Equipment Process
To solve the problem of inability to achieve dynamic normal spraying,continuity,and consistency of normal spraying during shot peening programming,and through a method combining post processing program design with RTCP-compensation motion activation and cancellation,the dynamic compensation was implemented.Generated program code for full normal injection,ensured consistency in incidence angle and injection intensity,which improved the efficiency of region-al connection motion.The results showed that post process simulation could dynamically compensate the nozzle posture and spray point position,ensure the consistency of incident angle and spray intensity,so achieved automatic programming and post processing of shot peening CNC programs,reduced production preparation time,and improved the efficiency of shot peening process preparation and the overall production efficiency of parts.
