数控切割工艺在铁路货车产品中的应用分析

提高板材利用率是企业技术水平和管理水平的重要指标之一,也是降低制造成本的关键措施.在铁路货车等主要产品中,约70%的部件是冲压件,因此合理利用板材对降低整车制造成本至关重要.为了实现节能降耗、降低成本的目标,必须通过科学合理的套裁,应用多种切割工艺,来提高板材利用率.通过对切割下料过程中影响材料利用率因素的研究,对传统切割技术加以改进,借助计算机辅助设计,总结出一套提升材料利用率的途径和方法,并进行现场实际应用,取得了明显的经济效益,对铁路货车企业具有一定的借鉴意义.
Application Analysis of CNC Cutting Technology in Railway Freights Car Products
Improving the utilization rate of sheet metal was one of the important indicators of the technical level and management level of enterprises,and it was also a key measure to reduce manufacturing costs.In major products such as railway freights,about 70%of the components were stamped parts,so the rational use of plates was crucial to reduce the cost of vehicle manufacturing.In order to achieve the goal of energy saving and cost reduction,it was necessary to improve the utilization rate of sheet metal through scientific and reasonable cutting and applying a variety of cutting processes.Through the research of the factors affecting the material utilization rate in the cutting process,the traditional cutting tech-nology was improved,and with the help of computer aided design,a set of ways and methods to improve the material utili-zation rate were summarized,and the field practical application was carried out,and obvious economic benefits were ob-tained,which had certain reference significance for railway freight car enterprises.
