摘要
为分析标准动车组小齿轮轴组装及跑合过程中出现小齿轮轴轴承游隙不稳定的问题,找到影响标准动车组齿轮箱小齿轮轴轴承(柱+柱+球)游隙的影响因素.通过理论分析提出可能影响轴承游隙的因素(小齿轮轴游隙测量方式、零部件组装不到位、球轴承外圈分布)并进行试验,得出密封盖的组装会影响轴承游隙.通过优化密封盖组装的工艺方法,同时对齿轮箱组装后游隙和跑合后游隙进行对比,确认优化后的组装工艺可有效控制小齿轮轴轴承游隙.
Abstract
To analyze the problem of unstable bearing clearance of the small gear shaft during the assembly and running in process of the standard multiple unit gearbox,it was identified that the influencing factors on the bearing clearance of the small gear shaft bearings(column+column+ball)of the standard multiple unit gearbox.Through theoretical analysis,factors that may affect bearing clearance(such as the measurement method of pinion shaft clearance,inadequate assembly of components,and distribution of ball bearing outer rings)were proposed,and experiments were conducted to determine that the assembly of the sealing cover affected bearing clearance.By optimizing the assembly process of the sealing cover and comparing the clearance after assembly with running in of the gearbox,it was confirmed that the optimized assembly process could effectively control the clearance of the small gear shaft bearings.
